Getting Started Moving in to Your New Office / Warhouse Space

We are pleased to have you as a tenant in the Hainesport Industrial Park. Below is information to assist you with your move to the Hainesport Business Center.

• Per article #20 of your lease, please have your insurance agent send us a certificate of insurance naming the landlord as additional insured.
• Rent checks should be made payable to Property Management Services. Rent is due on the fifth of each month.
• Please have PSE&G service to the unit transferred to your name as we will notify PSE&G to discontinue this service.
• For telephone service call Verizon at 1-800-339-9911.
• You must register with the Hainesport Fire Inspector's Office. It is your responsibility to contact him directly at 609-267-2730 ext. 115.
• For mail delivery, please contact the Mt. Holly Post office. For PO Box pickup and drop off, visit the Hainesport Post office and inform them that you have a cluster box in the Industrial Park.
